He congratulated the chefs on behalf of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao and expressed his gratitude to them for presenting great delicacies from PSCs in Macao, a city where diverse cultures coexist in harmony and a platform where different races, cultures, economies and lands from the East and the West connect. Amid the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Forum Macao and the 15th Cultural Week, from October 19 to 25, the Forum Macao will join hands with about 100 artists from Yunnan, China and nine Portuguese-speaking countries, namely Angola, Brazil, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and Timor-Leste to provide music and dance performances, delicacies, a handicraft market, artworks and a photo exhibition, among others.
