The 12th Ordinary Meeting of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), a body also known as Forum Macao, is scheduled for March 29 in Macao. The meeting – to start at 9.30am – will take place in the Lotus Room on the 5th floor of the World Trade Center Building. It will be attended by: representatives from the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China; representatives from the Economic Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR; diplomatic representatives accredited to Beijing from Portuguese-speaking Countries; representatives of the Focal Points; and representatives from the Macao SAR Government.

During the meeting, the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao will review the results achieved by Forum Macao in 2016. Participants will vote the 2017 Activity Plan and follow up on matters discussed during the 5th Ministerial Conference of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (2017-2019).
