On October 28, the Brazilian delegation of Aprosoja Mato Grosso began a visit to China with the aim of strengthening commercial ties and discussing the sustainability of Brazilian agribusiness.
The first agenda was held in the Brazilian Embassy in Beijing. During the meeting, the president of Aprosoja MT emphasized the importance of promoting the sustainability of Brazilian agribusiness globally, talking about research on carbon sequestration and discussing agreements that benefit the soybean and corn supply chain between Brazil and China.
Subsequently, the Brazilian delegation visited the Longping CITIC and discussed opportunities for cooperation in research and logistics. Besides, the delegation also met with the president of CFNA, Mr. Cao Derong, who expressed interest in cooperating with the Aprosoja MT on the certification of sustainable soybeans.
