On September 30, China announced that Portuguese nationals no longer need to obtain a visa to travel to the country for tourism or business, if their stay is equal to or less than 15 days.
The Portugal's entry into the group of visa-free is applauded by the Portuguese-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILC), which can take a very positive view of the flexibility of decision-making processes for Portuguese businesspeople, often with dynamic schedules.
The Economy Minister, Pedro Reis, said that this policy is significant for economic cooperation between China and Portugal, and also for companies with their business trips, contributing to the internationalization and growth of the Portuguese economy.
