iQiyi, an Asian video streaming platform, has announced the arrival of its VIP catalog in Brazil, offering Brazilian users access to over 8,000 Asian dramas, movies, animes and variety shows with Portuguese subtitles.

The service can be accessed via the iQiyi website, the app available on the Apple Store and Google Store, or directly on smart TVs. The platform offers a variety of genres, such as Wuxia (martial heroes) and Xianxia (immortal heroes), which combine fantasy and martial arts, in addition to addressing contemporary themes in romances, comedies, dramas and fantasy, meeting the growing interest in Asian productions in the country.

The expansion into Brazil is part of iQiyi's global strategy to expand its Asian entertainment offering to new markets.
