Government of Goiás establishes partnerships in China and attracts new investments

The group, led by the Secretary of Industry and Commerce of Goiás, Joel Sant’Anna Braga, who arrived in China on June 10th for a new technical mission, concluded a series of partnerships that promise to boost various economic sectors in the state.


The delegation from Goiás signed agreements between Porto Seco de Anápolis and Porto de Xiongan. In addition to a partnership with UFG for a traditional Chinese medicine unit in Anápolis, The group also signed protocols in the areas of mining, surgical materials, and amino acids.


The largest Chinese surgical material industry, Zhonghong, signed an agreement to distribute its products in Anápolis, using Porto Seco. The company, which manufactures 10 million gloves per day, as well as syringes and catheters, plans to expand its market in Brazil.
