A website in Chinese giving guidance on investment in Mozambique, Ethiopia, Kenya and Zambia will go online in October, Xinhua reports.
The Chinese government-run news agency says the website will give information in Chinese on the environment for investment, requirements and incentives for opening a business, the property market, taxes, trade rules, and ways to find workers in each of the four countries.
The report says the website will also give information about healthcare, ways to spend leisure time, and the food and drink to be had in each country.
Many Chinese small or medium enterprises are interested in investing in Africa, but they find the cost of doing market research there too high, so the website promises to make penetrating African markets easier, Xinhua says.
