Banco Sol of Angola intends to improve its service to Chinese in the country by setting up special branches for them, Angop reports.

The Angolan news agency quotes Angola-China Chamber of Commerce President Manuel Calado as saying the language barrier prevented some Chinese from accessing banking services. Others also feared for their safety, he reportedly said.

Banco Sol and Chinese businesses hope to sign an agreement to provide more loans to young Angolans that want to buy a home in Chinese-funded and built housing developments, Angop says.
