The Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute, known as IPIM, plans to launch new events and venues to promote products from the Portuguese-speaking Countries across Mainland China.
In a statement released this week, IPIM said it would “actively co-operate with trade chambers and companies” to extend promotional venues “to more cities in Mainland China’s different provinces and regions, including Jiangmen, Changsha, Chongqing, Haining and Shanghai”.
IPIM says it will continue working to build Macao as a “Centre for Distribution of Products from Portuguese-speaking Countries”.
In addition to cities in the Mainland, IPIM also promotes the products of the Portuguese-speaking Countries within Macao, including at the Portuguese-speaking Countries’ Food Products Exhibition Centre in Tap Seac Square that opened on March 31.
