Twenty agricultural businessmen, local product processors, selected from all districts, including the Autonomous Region of Príncipe, left the country on the 11th of May, departing for the People’s Republic of China for a one-month training course on Processing and Storage Technologies for Agricultural Products. The course is organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.
Two days before the trip, the twenty businessmen in the company of the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fishing, Abel Bom Jesus, were received by the Chinese ambassador, Xu Yingzhen.
The meeting served to the Chinese diplomat to give the details and advice about the training and to express good wishes for the trip.
