The Deputy Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), Mr Vicente de Jesus Manuel, completed his term in office on July 10, 2017.

Mr Vicente Manuel, a Mozambican national, had been appointed as Deputy Secretary General of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao, representing the Portuguese-speaking Countries, in July 2014.
