The Training Centre of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Forum Macao) is organising a Workshop on Environmental Policy for Portuguese-speaking Countries. A total of 23 participants are to join the event, to be held from September 15 to 30. Two seats are now available for Macau candidates (see Attachment 1 for more details).

The Workshop will be conducted by City University of Macau. It will take place in Macao and Nanchang, in Jiangxi Province, Mainland China. Participants will be able to attend several seminars on topics related to environmental policy, join field trips and take part in exchange activities. In addition, they will be able to attend the Nanchang edition of the Dynamic Macao Business and Trade Fair.

The training activities organised by Forum Macao play an important role in promoting Macao’s advantages as a service platform for co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries. These activities allow participants to deepen their professional knowledge, as well as contributing to the promotion of regional co-operation. They help additionally to fulfil Forum Macao’s goals for co-operation in education and training, thus strengthening the role of Macao as a platform between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries.
