On September 9, the rector of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), Angelita Pereira de Lima, received the Chinese delegation from Hebei University to renew partnerships and introduce the new professors from the Confucius Institute of Chinese Medicine.

An agreement was also signed for a collaborative master's degree in nursing to promote cultural and scientific exchange.

Angela highlighted how Chinese medicine is appreciated in Brazil and is even practiced in the public health system.

At the end of the visit, the head of delegation of Hebei University thanked UFG and extended an invitation for a UFG delegation to visit the medical facilities at Hebei University.
