Guangzhou Wondfo Biotech invests R$17 million to help build the Celer Biotechnology factory

Governor Romeu Zema announced on the 6th of November, the implementation of a new factory with Chinese investment in Minas Gerais. An agreement was signed to build the Celer Biotecnologia industrial unit in partnership with the Chinese company Guangzhou Wondfo Biotech, in Montes Claros, in the north of the state.


For this project, an investment of R$17 million is planned over the period from 2023 to 2026, generating one hundred new jobs. Operations will begin in August 2024.


In partnership with the Chinese company Guangzhou Wondfo Biotech, Celer Biotechnology will be able to produce exams for various purposes with cutting-edge technology that guarantees an almost immediate and reliable diagnosis.


This transfer of technology from China to Brazil brings benefits not only to both countries but also to society, which gains more in a shared future, added Guangzhou Wondfo Biotech.
