The Portuguese-Speaking Countries Products and Services Exhibition (PLPEX) will have this year twice the exhibition space it had last year, the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute, or IPIM, says.
IPIM issued a written statement announcing that the PLPEX this year will have 6,000 square metres of space, enough for 300 booths.
The institute says it expects the PLPEX to attract exhibitors from eight of the Portuguese-speaking Countries, to show off to Chinese potential buyers the food, building materials, clothes, catering services and e-commerce services that they sell.
The exhibition will be held at the same time as the Macao International Trade and Investment Fair, from October 18 to 20.
Features of the PLPEX this year include the Brazil Commodity Experience Zone and, for the first time, the Portuguese-speaking Countries Wine and Food Business-Matching Seminar.
