Makeblock of China has announced that it will apply advanced information technology in equipping 44 school laboratories in Cape Verde for the teaching of various subjects.

The Shenzhen company issued a written statement saying it will supply robot kits and train technicians of the Cape Verdean Ministry of Education in robotics for the purpose of teaching school pupils science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.

The statement quotes Makeblock Chief Executive Jasen Wang as saying: “We can help children turn their ideas into reality and make creativity a way of their life.”
