The three-day Macao Franchise Expo 2017 ended on Sunday, after attracting more than 155 exhibitors and over 200 stands, says event organiser the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM).
Among the countries and regions represented were Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Portugal, Brazil, Mozambique, Finland, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Britain and Vietnam.
The theme for this year’s event, Brand Expansion Continues – Business Opportunities to be Seized, was a practical display of Macao’s role as a Platform of Services for Commercial Cooperation between China and the Portuguese-speaking Countries.
The event attracted drew the participation of Portugal, Brazil and Mozambique.
The Chamber of Commerce of Mozambique assisted a group of four companies in steelmaking, tourism, creating crocodile leather and fisheries take part.
