Deputy Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), Mr Ding Tian, received on March 8 a delegation led by the Chief of the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, Mr Sheng Qiuping.

On March 3, Deputy Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), Mr Ding Tian, welcomed to the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao a delegation from the Administrative Committee of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Demonstration Zone for Local Economic and Trade Cooperation.

The 12th Cultural Week of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, organised by the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao, saw the Cultural Week employ for the first time, due to the pandemic, a two-pronged approach, namely online and offline formats.

The Promotion Session for Investing in the Portuguese-speaking Countries – part of the official programme of the 11th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF) – was held at Cotai Expo in Venetian Macao, on December 3.

The Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) has organised the Online Workshop on the Use of Traditional Medicine to Fight COVID-19, in cooperation with the Guangdong-Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park.

The launch ceremony of the “2020 Portuguese-speaking Countries Development Report” and a seminar on the socio-economic development of Portuguese-speaking Countries post-pandemic, took place on November 25.
