The Ministerial Meeting on Infrastructure to be held between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries is scheduled for June 5 at the Venetian Macao’s Convention & Exhibition Centre. It takes place on the sidelines of the 6th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum.

The Training Centre of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) will host a Transportation and Communication Infrastructure Conference for Portuguese-speaking Countries starting this month.

A delegation of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), also known as Forum Macao, visited the city of Qingyuan and the Nansha district of Guangzhou, in Guangdong Province, between May 5 and 6.

The Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) and the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation Between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Forum Macao) on Thursday April 2, 2015, held a workshop on agro-food products from Brazil.

The launch ceremony of the Economic and Trade Co-operation and Human Resources Portal Between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries took place on April 1, 2015, at the Lotus Room on the 5th floor of the World Trade Center. The Portal is available at www.platformchinaplp.mo.

An exchange session between Portuguese-speaking Countries and Macao’s entrepreneurs took place on the morning of April 1, 2015. It was held at the Lotus Room on the 5th floor of Macao’s World Trade Center.

The 10th Ordinary Meeting of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) took place in Macao on March 31, 2015.

Briefing by the Coordinator of the Support Office to the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), Ms Echo Chan, on “Macao’s role as a platform between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries” to members of tourism authorities of Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau and East Timor.

A delegation from the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) on March 26 participated in the opening ceremony of the 2015 Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition for Environment (MIECF), at the Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel.

On March 25, 2015, the Coordinator of the Support Office to the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), Ms Echo Chan Keng Hong, participated in the conference about “Macau, an international platform”.

On March 24, 2015, a delegation from the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), also known as Forum Macao, paid a visit to the Cultural Affairs Bureau.
