The Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), also known as Forum Macao, paid visits to several Macao SAR Government departments and various tertiary education institutions in Macao. The visits took place on November 17, 18 and 29. The aim was to exchange views with those entities in order to enhance co-operation with Portuguese-speaking Countries and promote the development of the initiative “One Platform, Three Centres”.

The visits – namely to the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute, the Monetary Authority of Macao, the University of Macau, the Policy Research Office of the Macao SAR Government and the Macao Polytechnic Institute – also provided opportunities to exchange views on the promotion of Forum Macau and Macao’s role as a services platform.
