The Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), Mr Chang Hexi (pictured), has returned to Beijing on August 11. He will be taking a new post in Beijing.

Ms Xu Yingzhen is officially the new Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao.
