In order better to publicise official information updates – as well as the latest information about activities held by the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), also known as Forum Macao – the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao has launched an official WeChat account for Mainland China.

The new WeChat account – as with the original account – aims to promote the role of Macao as a service platform between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries. It will provide timely information about Forum Macao to the public, to businesses and to institutions in Mainland China.

Interested parties may add the newly created WeChat account via their smartphone or other supported types of electronic media device.

The new WeChat account of Forum Macao will share information on the work done by the Permanent Secretariat. It will also share information about Macao’s role as a platform between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries.

Via the WeChat account, the general public and businesses will be able to learn about, in real time, the latest updates on Forum Macao and Macao’s role as a service platform.
