On August 20, the Secretary of State for Social Communication of Angola, Nuno Albino, met with the Vice Minister of the National Radio and Television Administration of China, Yang Gorui.

Nuno Albino stressed the significance of extending collaboration in capacity building during the event, particularly in the areas of staff training and experience sharing, equipment and infrastructure investments, and content exchange.

The Secretary of State also mentioned the possibility of better and greater exploitation of national infrastructures, with emphasis on CEFOJOR Huambo, as the largest (in size) professional training structure in journalism in Southern Africa.

In turn, Yang Gorui, in addition to thanking Angola for accepting the invitation to participate in the 6th China-Africa Media Forum, valued all the efforts that the Angolan government has made to give the media sector the value and attention it deserves.
