NERSANT – Business Association of the Santarém Region, received on the 8th of January a Chinese business delegation interested in exploring investment opportunities in the city of Torres Novas and the Central region of Portugal. The delegation was particularly interested in making their investments in the association's pavilion.

The President of the Board of NERSANT, António Pedroso Leal, highlighted the numerous competitive advantages that this region offers for business investments, including the logistical potential of the municipality of Torres Novas, due to the abundance of road and rail communication routes.

The President of the Board also informed that Torres Novas and the Central region provide an environment conducive to business growth and development, through the various business incubators managed by the association, which support the creation and development of new businesses in the region.

During the visit to NERSANT, Chinese businesspeople had the opportunity to visit the association's Exhibition Pavilion, where the recently opened Startup NERSANT – Torres Novas is located.
