More than 400 businesspeople will take part in the Meeting of
Entrepreneurs for Economic and Commercial Cooperation between the
Mainland and Portuguese-speaking Countries in Cape Verde next week, the
Portuguese news agency Lusa reports.
The June 16-18 conference in the capital, Praia, will include 150 Chinese businesspeople.
“In
economic terms, the meeting will represent opportunities for companies
and the private sector, with new partnerships, new markets and new
experiences,” Cape Verde TradeInvest president Ana Barber told Lusa.
The
event includes seminars and panel discussions, business exchanges, site
visits, cultural activities and a product fair for industries such as
fishing, industry and services.
