The 2023 BEYOND International Technology and Innovation Expo roadshow for 10 technology companies from Brazil and Portugal was held in Macao on the 11th of May, fulfilling its role as a platform to connect these companies with Chinese and international investors and accelerate their growth potential in China’s main market.

Of the 10 start-ups, two companies set up business entities in Macau on the 11th of May, which will help them better capitalize on business opportunities arising from the city and mainland China.

The visit of a Portuguese-speaking delegation to the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, which took place from the 9th to the 15th of May, was organized by the Economic and Technological Development Bureau of Macao and hosted by Parafuturo de Macau Investment and Development Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Macao government.
