A Chinese firm under the Jiangsu Provincial Government will build a processing plant for agricultural products in Cape Verde. The Chinese Embassy in Cape Verde gave the news in a statement.

The unemployment rate in Portugal has fallen to the lowest level in four years, Portuguese media reported.
