The province of Huíla will have a business incubator to support and develop startups. This is a business incubator center in Lubango, which should start operating in the second half of this year, the Huíla government said in a statement. The country has 38 incubators located in 12 provinces, six of which are in Huíla.
According to the agreement signed between INAPEM and Huawei on the Angotic 2024, the project will have the support of Huawei, which will equip the incubator center.
The head of Huawei considered that the agreement signed aims to improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Angola, stimulate innovation and development of startups, promote technological progress in the field of communication, as well as provide a favorable climate for new business models, especially when diversifying the economy.
