BYD, the Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, is going to reinforce the Ministry of Health's fleet with 53 units of the Atto 3 model. The public tender launched in the second half of the year and mediated by SPMS (Shared Services of the Ministry of Health) ended with the acquisition of 53 BYD vehicles that will be delivered by December 2023.
These vehicles will be distributed from north to south of the country by various Local Health Units, including Tavira, Portimão, Faro, Santiago do Cacém, Senhora da Hora and Viana do Castelo.
