Brazil exported over 762,000 motor vehicles last year, 46.5 percent more than in 2016 and the most in any year yet, the Anfavea has announced.
The automobile industry group issued a written statement saying the number of vehicles made in Brazil last year rose by 25.2 to nearly 2.7 million, having fallen in each of the preceding three years.
Domestic sales of vehicles rose by 9 percent in 2017, rising for the first time in four years, according to Anfavea.
