China remained the biggest trading partner of Brazil in the first half of this year, the GB Times reports.
The
publication says Brazilian Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and
Services data indicate that the value of Brazilian exports to China was
US$28.1 billion in the first half, 34.2 percent more than a year
earllier, and that Brazilian imports from China were worth US$12.51
billion.
That means the Brazilian surplus in bilateral trade was
US$36.2 billion in the first half, 53.1 percent more than a year earlier
and the most in any half-year yet, the report says.
