Chinese vehicle brands are bringing high-quality and affordable cars to Angola, said Amadeu Nunes, Angolan Secretary of State for Commerce, during his speech at the opening ceremony of the first 4S store of Great Wall Motors (GWM) on the 10th of January in Luanda, capital of Angola.

Nunes believes that the presence of more Chinese brands in Angola will enrich the country's automotive market, creating more competition and offering customers quality products at affordable prices.

"GWM, as a Chinese brand, once again demonstrates the importance of the close friendly business relationship between our countries, and I would like to highlight that China is one of the key partners in our development," he added.

GWM, China's leading manufacturer of sports utility vehicles (SUVs) and pickup trucks, marked its official entry into the Angolan market with the launch of its first 4S store, a car dealership model that adopts a full-service approach, bringing together sales, services, spare parts and research in one place.
