Direct flights from Mainland China to Portugal begin within four months

Direct flights linking the Mainland and Portugal will begin on July 6, the Presstur website reports.

The tourism and travel news website quotes a written statement from Beijing Capital Airlines as saying the carrier will fly from Hangzhou to Beijing to Lisbon and back again three times a week.

Beijing Capital Airlines is owned by HNA Group which also has a stake in Portuguese airline TAP that is held indirectly.
