The Vice-Governor of the State of São Paulo, Felicio Ramuth, participated in the Seminar on Promotion, Trade Cooperation and Investment between China (Inner Mongolia) and São Paulo (Brazil) on February 3. The event was attended by authorities and Brazilian and Chinese businesspeople and enabled the development of bilateral cooperation projects.
During the seminar, the vice-governor highlighted projects in the State of São Paulo that had the participation of Chinese companies. The consortium that won the auction for the Intercity Train (TIC) that will connect the cities of São Paulo and Campinas is made up of the Chinese company CRRC. The project marks the return of passenger transport by medium-speed train to the state of São Paulo.
In addition to strengthening ties, the Seminar provided an environment for networking, promoting relations between Brazil and China, as well as enabling the development of bilateral cooperation projects.
