The relationship between China and Brazil is one of China’s top priorities in foreign policy, said Zhang Dejiang, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress.

Guinea-Bissau Government wants to attract Chinese investment for a series of public-private partnership projects to be developed in the country throughout the next ten years.
