Chinese Ambassador to Angola Cui Aimin has said his country will keep on helping Angola develop its farming and manufacturing, Angop reports.
The Angolan news agency quotes Mr Cui as saying during a visit to the Angolan province of Zaire that a new phase of Sino-Angolan cooperation had begun. Chinese President Xi Jinping and Angolan President João Lourenço met in Beijing last October.
Mr Cui said there was potential in the province of Zaire for investment in fisheries, agriculture and oil production.
The province is open to all types of investment that develops it socially and economically, such as the investments Chinese have already made in transport and electricity there, Angop quotes Zaire Governor Pedro Makita Armando Júlia as saying.
