More than 400 businesspeople will take part in the Meeting of Entrepreneurs for Economic and Commercial Cooperation between the Mainland and Portuguese-speaking Countries in Cape Verde next week, the Portuguese news agency Lusa reports.
The June 16-18 conference in the capital, Praia, will include 150 Chinese businesspeople.
“In economic terms, the meeting will represent opportunities for companies and the private sector, with new partnerships, new markets and new experiences,” Cape Verde TradeInvest president Ana Barber told Lusa.
The event includes seminars and panel discussions, business exchanges, site visits, cultural activities and a product fair for industries such as fishing, industry and services.
