JAC Motors Brazil has introduced a new vehicle in the country. This is the E-JS1 City Cargo, a 100% electric model designed for deliveries and company activities in urban areas. The car is the smallest and cheapest electrified van in the Brazilian automotive market.

Equipped with a 61 hp electric motor and 15.3 kgfm of torque, the JAC E-JS1 City Cargo promises to do 0-100 km/h in 10.7 seconds and deliver a range of 302 km.

As it was intended to be a service vehicle, JAC removed the two rear seats from the conventional E-JS1, “for the ride.” As a result, the trunk now has 1200 liters of space and a load capacity of 400 kg. The JAC City Cargo even comes with hooks to tie deliveries to the luggage rack.

The JAC E-JS1 City Cargo has finally arrived in Brazil, with a starting price of R$ 159,990.
