On October 28, a group of more than 70 employees from BYD's factory in Camaçari, Brazil, left for Shenzhen, China, for immersive training at the headquarters of the global electric vehicle manufacturer, BYD. With a program that includes visits to the cities of Zhengzhou and Xi’an, the exchange aims to integrate and share experiences between the BYD Brazil and BYD China teams, promoting a greater connection between the two countries' operations.
Among these participants, except the production leaders, professors and translators, there are 35 recent graduates of Senai's automotive operations course that was developed in partnership with the BYD. During the program, these professionals will take part in the “Supervision of Assembly and Quality in Automotive Processes” and “Maintenance of Industrial Systems” courses.
The Senior Human Resources Manager of BYD Auto do Brasil, Rodrigo Rosseto, said that the exchange of experiences between the Brazilian and Chinese teams is essential for strengthening the electric vehicle market. The employees of BYD Brazil will absorb the knowledge from Chinese experts and bring it back to Brazil.
